As President of DMT Hospitality Associates, Inc., Mr. Theophilus has more than 35 years of solid and varied experience in the hospitality industry, including:

• 18 years of hotel/resort Management with Holiday Inns & AIRCOA, including Operations, Sales & Marketing and Development
• 20 years of Hospitality Consulting with Laventol & Horwath and DMT Hospitality Associates, Inc.
• 20+ years of hotel/resort Asset Management with AIRCOA & DMT Hospitality Associates, Inc.
• 15 years as a minority owner in over 20 hotels and resorts

The foundation for this experience was an Educational Background at Cornell University, where Theophilus received both a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the School of Hotel Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from the Johnson Graduate School of Management. Mr. Theophilus also attended the University of Miami School of Continuing Education, taking post-graduate courses in finance and accounting, to qualify for the Certified Public Accountant exam; he passed the exam and received his CPA Accreditation from the State of Florida in 1971(currently inactive).
